Christmas Testimony!

We found a Christmas wonderland on the island last night on our double date night with some dear friends the Friess! After an amazing date night filled with lots of praying over each other and remembering what God has done in our lives, Jaco and Dan got to share the gospel with and pray for a man we found in the parking lot who had come with his friend trying to find something of the world to fill the void they were feeling inside. Dan then shared about how nothing of this world can even come close to the fullness that is found in Jesus and that God longs to have relationship with him and fill His life with fullness of joy, peace, and life. When the guy heard that all he had to do was invite Jesus into his heart to be Lord, he knew he needed it and gave his life to the Lord right then and there in the parking lot! It was the perfect way to end such a special date night and such a powerful reminder for all of us to not forget the reason for this amazing season! So many people go through some really hard stuff during the holidays and so many people just need a touch from the Lord! We want to challenge you guys to not forget the reason for the season as we move into December and we want to challenge you to look for the ones that need a touch of God’s love!
